Direct work with the author. Two formats — a focused advisory call when you need a second opinion, and a structured engagement when you need help shipping. Both bespoke.

Two ways to work with me

A focused call when you need a second opinion. A scoped engagement when you need help shipping. Both Bespoke, both direct, both finite.

Advisory calls

Sixty minutes · One question · Written follow-up

Sixty-minute calls on a specific question — a prompt template that is not landing, a vendor decision you want a second opinion on, a measurement framework you are designing, a review-checkpoint that keeps slipping. Asynchronous prep notes from you in advance; written follow-up summary after, so the value outlasts the call.

What's included
  • Sixty-minute call on Google Meet, recorded on request
  • Async prep brief in your inbox the day before
  • Written follow-up summary within three business days
  • Decisions, open questions, paste-ready artefacts
How a call works
  1. Pick a slot. The booking link offers calendar slots in the next two weeks. The intake form takes the question and one paragraph of context.
  2. Async prep. A short brief lands in your inbox the day before — what the call will cover, what to have open in another tab. If your question has shifted, that is the moment to flag it.
  3. The call. Sixty minutes on Google Meet, recorded if you want it recorded, structured around your question.
  4. Follow-up summary. Within three business days. Decisions, open questions, paste-ready artefacts — a one-page document you can drop into a brief or a team retro.

Project Implementation Consulting

Project-scoped · Sized to outcome · Defined end date

Project-scoped engagements for marketing teams adopting LLM-augmented workflows — running the Playbook against your stack, building your prompt library, training your team, designing your review checkpoints, instrumenting the measurement framework. Sized to outcome, not to hours.

Engagement shapes
  • Prompt-library build-out2–4 weeks
  • Review-checkpoint design3–6 weeks
  • Measurement-framework instrumentation2–3 weeks
  • Team training1–2 weeks of contact over 4–6
How an engagement works
  1. Send a brief. What you are trying to ship, what is in the way, rough timeline, the team you are working with. Five minutes.
  2. Reply within five working days. A scoped proposal — outcome, shape, duration, price — or a referral if the work falls outside this practice.
  3. Run the engagement. Scoped to a defined outcome with a fixed end date. Weekly check-ins, async between.
  4. Hand-off. Working artefacts, a written wrap, and the loose ends documented so your team owns it from here.
Send a brief By proposal

What is out of scope

These engagements are routinely declined, so you do not waste the brief:

  • AI strategy decks for the board. The work is operator-facing, not board-facing.
  • Custom model training or fine-tuning. That is a different practice. Operators who specialise can be recommended on request.
  • Tool selection without a use case. “Help us pick a vendor” without a defined workflow ends badly. Scope the workflow first.
  • Open-ended retainers. Engagements are scoped to outcomes with a defined end date. Long-term retainers belong with an in-house hire, not an advisor.
